We select the project
We carefully select manors, farms and cultural monuments with genuine heritage value, and verify their legal and conservation status.
We pool the funding
Cooperative members contribute shares, complemented by European and national funds. Every euro is publicly traceable.
We restore and operate
We restore each building with certified contractors, bring it back to life with real programming and share returns fairly among co-owners.
Featured project
Lazarini Manor
An 18th-century baroque manor we are restoring together with heritage conservators. Work covers the roof, facade and murals; the building will host cultural programming, local production and education.

Institute
A steward of heritage, not an owner
The Slo RWA Institute handles the professional side: conservation guidelines, European funding applications, contractor oversight and public reporting on every project.
The cooperative is the members' ownership structure; the institute is the non-profit professional pillar. That separation keeps heritage a shared good across generations.
